Data Entry Officer

• Working Location: Singapore Wine Vault Building (6 Fishery Port Road, Singapore 619747)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of inbound and outbound orders into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Update inventory records, stock movement, GRN, picking and packing details.
• Verify data against physical documents (DOs, invoices, manifests) to ensure accuracy.
• Cross-check shipment information with warehouse operations team during night shift.
• Generate daily/shift reports (inventory status, discrepancies, order completion).
• Flag and investigate data discrepancies, missing documentation, or quantity mismatches.
• Support cycle count and stock take by updating results into the system.
• Prepare labels, documents, and shipment lists for next-day operations.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and traceability.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and night-shift team.
• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Job Requirements:
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong typing speed and high accuracy.
• Comfortable working in cold room/chiller/dry environment (if required).
