Credit Risk Officer (Derivatives, Private Bank) - Contract - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily credit risk management activities (risk identification and mitigation, setting/ calculating/ verifying margin requirements, margin shortfalls and limit excess handling, intraday monitoring of FX trading clients )
• Structure and manage credit risk of a portfolio of large and/or complex trading clients (ETD and OTC trading on FX and Equities)
• Prepare credit requests for new credit transactions, amendments and annual reviews
• Enforce delegated credit authority for approval of credit transactions.
• Perform periodic risk reporting and monitoring
• Create Management information reports in Excel and Dashboards in Tableau
• Other adhoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of credit risk experience in Private Banks, preferably with some background in Derivatives
• Good knowledge in Derivatives/ FX trading essential
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Microsoft , VBA, SQL, Access , Tableau, Bloomberg, etc )
• Understanding of Wealth Management industry and Asian Markets / Clients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to start work in late June/ early July
