Assistant Warehouse Executive (FMCG / Perishable / Forklift License Required) - Choa Chu Kang

• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
• 8.30am to 5.30pm
• 40 Penjuru Ln
• Must have PERISHABLE / FOOD LOGISTICS experience

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining stocks handling and storage requirements in FIFO, equipment utilization and logistic.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor space productivity.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
• Analyse productivity and develop actionable plans to ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency on warehouse stocks management and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Oversee and manage daily logistics for transporting products to customers, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Take charge on imports, trucking, unstuffing and inspection by SFA
• Review workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, action plans on warehouse safety SOP and stocks security.
• Coordinate with purchasing & sales department.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Management
• 5 years in Warehouse Management with WMS Knowledge
• Valid Forklift license
