Sales Engineer (JLPT N2/Mechanical/No Experience Require) LT55 - Tampines

Job Scope:

• Maintenance of Products and continuous observation of their performance there through
• Assistance to Customer in case of setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
• Assistance to Customer in case of operation
• Troubleshooting
• Providing Customer with various advices or information at the request by Customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer
• Information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products.
• Information on Customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding Products or their performance or operation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines
• Possesses a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N2 level is required to communicate with Japanese stakeholder
• Experience and familiar with Semiconductor
• Self motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent, flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence products.
• No experience required
