Description:

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
  • Serve as the technical lead for mid to large‑scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
  • Implement and provide advanced support for network infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel and Solarwinds
  • Implement and provide advanced support for security technologies including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco ISE.
  • Drive complex root‑cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high‑level designs (HLDs), low‑level designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, installation guides, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, internal training, and post‑incident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
Requirements
  • Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent senior‑level credentials are highly preferred.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies, including Cisco, Alcatel, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms.
  • Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of LAN, WAN, WLAN, data networking, and security architectures.
  • Strong ability to operate in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment, managing complex tasks and multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with the ability to guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills.
  • Willing and able to support flexible work hours, including after-office-hour maintenance windows
