Position Statement
The Front Office Executive plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with guests checking in/out, resolving guest challenges throughout their stay and collaborate with various departments to uphold the hotel's service standards.
What will you be doing?
As the Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Complete guest registration, confirm guest details (e.g., number of guests, room rates, payment methods), and ensure accurate check-in/check-out processes.
- Greet guests warmly, promoting Hilton Honors benefits and enrolling new members.
- Address guest complaints and special requests promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized service and recognition.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Executive Lounge, and ensure readiness for each shift, including food and beverage service.
- Knowledgeable of the hotel’s facilities and services
- Keeping up to date with information on facilities, attractions, and places of interests, sightseeing and activities in and around the hotel.
- Effectively communicate, coordinate and cooperate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other relevant departments.
- Report problems with hotel systems, hardware or facilities to the appropriate parties and follow-up to ensure that corrective action has been taken.
Compliance & Training:
- Adhere to Hilton’s cash handling procedures and Health & Safety regulations, including emergency and fire safety protocols.
- Actively participate in training programs to improve skills and maintain high operational standards.
- Contribute ideas for improving guest services and team performance.

- Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to meet business needs.
- Able to effectively deal with internal and external guests, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
- Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- 1 or 2 years of related working experience is preferred.
