Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily COMPANY operations with focus on service quality and efficiency
- Set and achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets for the outlet(s)
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain loyal ones
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand-building and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and optimize cost structures, margins, and overall profitability

Requirements- 5–8 years of F&B management experience; 2+ years in a senior/multi-unit role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue, manage costs, and optimize team performance
- Commercial mindset with experience in customer acquisition or brand growth
- Proficient in using POS, basic reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field
