Our client is one of the prominent European organization in the industrial sector with proven track record and stable growth in Asia. Now, it is looking to hire a highly motivated IT Support Engineer (End-user) to provide key IT and end-user support to its employees across South-East Asia.

This role is based in Petaling, Selangor, Malaysia

Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of proven experience with IT and end-user computing support across software, hardware, server and network especially VPN and remote support connectivity knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and resolving technical issues relating to desktops, laptops, printer, mobile phones as well as basic network troubleshooting including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
Strong support and project experience with Microsoft and macOS environment
Prior relevant experience with manufacturing company will be ideal
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
