Sales Coordinator

• Location : Henderson
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : 1 Year Contract (Possibility to extend or convert to Permanent)
• Industry : Cryogenic Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer quotations and follow up when required
• Process customer purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
• Confirm order details, including pricing and lead time
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers and logistics partners
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely updates
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or order processing
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
