Sourcing Specialist (Procurement & Vendor Management) | S$3,500 basic + Bonus

• S$3,500-S$4,500 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure supply continuity
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and timelines
• Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any supply or quality issues

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead time, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and minimize risk

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and generate procurement reports for management
• Support audit processes and documentation requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across the procurement function

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
