Job Summary

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing logistics and factory/warehouse operations while driving sustainability projects, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with food safety and cold supply chain standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics and factory/warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and support business objectives
Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain premise solar panels for renewable energy management
Partner with ship managers and owners to advance recycling projects at ports
Engage with PSA and Jurong Port to support and align with their sustainability programs
Support the Quality Assurance department to ensure adherence to food safety standards
Conduct random food quality inspections to maintain product integrity
Monitor and enforce compliance with cold supply chain operational standards
Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower’s Workplace Safety and Health (MSD) requirements
