Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support & Administration:
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Prepare and manage delivery summaries.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
  • Follow up on work orders, sample requests, and delivery timelines.
  • Liaise with clients for after-sales support and satisfaction feedback.
  1. Order & Inventory Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams on stock availability.
  • Monitor order status, stock movement, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  1. Logistics & Delivery Scheduling:
  • Work with logistics team to arrange deliveries to sites.
  • Track and update delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues.
  1. Project Coordination (preferably):
  • Support project personnel with material submissions, site requirements, or documentation.
  • Help coordinate samples, mockups, and site measurements if required.
Job Requirements
  • Education & Experience
  • Min Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or project admin, preferably in construction, interior design or marble/natural stone industries.
  • Skills & Knowledge
  • Familiarity with marble, granite, quartz, sintered stone, or tile products is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD or photoshop is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Willingness to occasionally visit job sites if needed.
