Business Analyst – Wealth Management (Salesforce) - Woodlands

Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Analyst – Wealth Management (Salesforce) The successful candidate will be responsible for driving functional analysis and change management within CRM and Banker’s Desktop platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs in a fast-paced Wealth Management environment.

• Lead business analysis and manage change initiatives in CRM and front-office banking systems.
• Engage with Business Managers, COO teams, and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Provide structured and timely updates to business stakeholders, with a strong focus on risk identification and mitigation.
• Document functional requirements and workflows using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with internal governance standards.

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management or Private Banking domains.
• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and functional documentation.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Exposure to Avaloq core banking platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of regional banking regulations in Asia.
