About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Solar Cell Manufacturing team. You will be working in a high-tech cleanroom and production environment, supporting daily operations for solar wafer, cell, and module processing.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and conducting experiments, trials, and product testing according to project requirements.
• Prepare samples, materials, chemicals, or prototypes for laboratory and field testing.
• Record, compile, and analyze experimental data, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and workspaces to ensure safety and compliance with SOPs.
• Support researchers/engineers in developing new products, processes, or improvements to existing solutions.
• Perform literature reviews and gather technical information to support ongoing R&D projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, production, engineering) to support product development and testing timelines.
