Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth? EA SEMI TECH PTE LTD is seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and generating new leads through cold-calling, networking, and other strategic outreach efforts
  2. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
  3. Presenting our products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
  4. Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and pipeline management
  7. Continuously expanding your knowledge of the industry and our product offerings
What we're looking for
  1. At least 2 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or electronics industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Familiarity with sales pipeline management and CRM tools
  6. A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented approach to work
  7. Proficiency in English, with fluency in Mandarin or other languages being an advantage
