HR Data Migration Specialist (3-Month Contract)

Job Description

We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Data Migration Specialist to support our HR team on a 3-month contract basis. As an HR Data Migration Specialist, you'll assist in migrating HR data, performing data checks, consolidating and validating data, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Data Migration: Assist in migrating HR data from various sources to our system
• Data Check: Perform thorough data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Data Consolidation and Validation: Consolidate and validate HR data, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Documentation: Document SOPs for HR data migration and validation processes
• Excel Skills: Utilize Excel skills to manage and analyze HR data

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or relevant experience
• Essential Skills:
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Desirable Experience:
• Experience in HR data management or migration
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• 3-month contract
