Sembawang - Business Development Representative (ACMV / Construction)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative with some technical experience in the M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) field. You will work closely with M&E consultants and building owners to introduce our ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) solutions and grow our client base.

Remuneration: Salary Based + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the construction and M&E industry
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, and building owners
• Understand client needs and provide basic technical support for our ACMV solutions
• Set up meetings and coordinate with the sales and technical teams
• Track leads, follow up on project opportunities, and update CRM systems
• Stay updated on market trends and upcoming construction projects

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience is a strong advantage
• Some technical experience with M&E systems (especially ACMV)
• Experience working with M&E consultants or building owners
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to understand project drawings, specs, or tenders (basic level)
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented

Preferred:

• Background in engineering, building services, or construction
• Familiar with CRM software and sales tracking tools
