Associate Director (IPO)

• 5 days work week only
• HP & Travel Allowances Provided
• Proven track record of involvement in IPOs and M&A transactions; candidates with at least 2 completed listings in the past 5 years preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated corporate finance professional to join our growing Investment Banking team at Associate Director to Director level.

• Lead and support end-to-end execution and origination of corporate finance transactions
• Manage IPO and M&A due diligence processes, including identifying, resolving, and mitigating key issues
• Review and prepare transaction documentation for IPO and M&A engagements
• Lead discussions and negotiations with clients, professional advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in SGX Catalist Continuing Sponsorship engagements
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline
• CMFAS RES 4 (or M4A) certification and current MAS Registered Representative status
• Strong experience in Corporate Finance advisory within an Investment Banking environment
• Proven track record of involvement in IPOs and M&A transactions; candidates with at least 2 completed listings in the past 5 years preferred
