The Treasury Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s day-to-day treasury functions, including cash management, banking operations, and financial risk management. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the organization's financial obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across bank accounts and entities.
• Monitor and process payments, including domestic and international wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
• Execute FX transactions, intercompany settlements, and funding activities as required.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of cash balances in the financial systems.
• Maintain and manage relationships with banking partners.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with KYC requirements for all corporate bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
• Assist in bank account administration, including account opening/closing and signatory updates.
• Work with other departments to deal with any other issues.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or finance-related roles.
• Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required for communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cash management principles, banking platforms, and financial instruments.
• Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, etc.) is a plus.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
