- Evaluating effectiveness of control mechanisms, identifying gaps & recommending improvements.
- Ensure processes and procedures align with regulatory standards and best practices to mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports & documentation for risk assessments, audits & compliance activities.
- Manage compliance programs, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
- Risk assessments across operational activities, ensuring potential risks are identified & mitigated.
- Document from past projects for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Engineering with 3 years in J-SOX /SOX experience
- Prior compliance audit / Risk Management in Construction preferred
