About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client, a top trading platform in Singapore as a Senior Offshore Relationship Manager for their innovative Online Trading Platform. In this full-time role based in the Marina South Central Region, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and driving continued business growth.

Job Description

Maintain and grow relationships with existing offshore clients, inviting them to onboard their funds onto their platform
Identify new business opportunities and pitch the company's Online Trading Platform to potential and current existing portfolio of offshore clients
Negotiate and finalise agreements with offshore clients
Liaise with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing support of new offshore clients
Analyse client data and provide strategic insights to drive platform improvements and enhance the client experience
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to raise the profile of the Online Trading Platform

Requirement

8+ years' experience in an account management or relationship management role, ideally within the financial services or online trading industry
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with offshore clients, ideally have their own portfolio of offshore clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Familiarity with the online trading industry and the unique needs of offshore clients
