URGENT: Procurement Manager (precision/manufacturing/supply chain/aerospace)

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors to ensuring timely delivery of materials and components
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and mitigate supply chain risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and finance, to align procurement activities with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, monitor supplier performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock control, and optimization
• Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing, aerospace, or precision engineering industries
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, including contract negotiation, supplier management, and inventory optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in the use of procurement software and ERP systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
