Freight Sales Executive (Indoor Sales)

Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 + Commission

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Location: Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce freight services.
• Promote international air and ocean freight services to clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and competitors.
• Expand and grow the company’s customer base.
• Support the Sales Manager with any ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to handle pressure and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is an advantage.
