Sales Engineer - Tampines

Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturer Company. Now they are looking for a Sales Engineer. You will be responsible for proposing optimal prototyping solutions from a technical point of view in response to customers' development requests, and providing consistent support from order receipt to delivery of prototype products.

You will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

• Meeting with customers on technical requirements and specifications.
• Preparation of prototype proposals in collaboration with in-house design and manufacturing departments.
• Preparation of estimates and price negotiations.
• Progress management and follow-up on delivery dates and quality.
• Business meeting activities at exhibitions and technical presentations.
• Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Business Trip Area: China, Vietnam, Korea, India, etc.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• Minimum Diploma in the Engineering field.
• Must have knowledge of CAD and design in engineering.
• Design experience in the Automotive Industry, and able to provide advice to the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts (listening, writing, and speaking)
• Willing to travel overseas (China, Vietnam, Korea, India, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Working experience in the Manufacturing/Trading Industry.
• Experience in automotive-related products, especially iron.
