Strong Hands on experience in oracle fusion or EBS – Finance and procurement functional module (SAAS – Fusion based – preferred)
Cross skill functional understanding of oracle modules (finance, procurement, HR…etc)
Experience of technical hands on minor modifications on oracle reports and interface mappings
Support management experience on L2 Triaging, Incidents, service requests and problem requests
Experience on troubleshooting/ diagnosis on production issues, Log verifications, job verifications.
Support management experience on L3 – Change request and enhancements.
