We're building the operating system for supply chain finance. And we need an Operations Analyst who doesn't just follow processes—they build, automate, and reinvent them.

The Role

You won't sit in a silo. You'll work across customer support, accounting, operations, reporting, process engineering, and tech design—sometimes all before lunch.

You will:

• Own daily transaction workflows (invoice funding, repayments, settlements)
• Build and automate processes using AI (we use it heavily for workflow automation and reporting)
• Reconcile accounts, track fund-level metrics, and support month-end close
• Work directly with the founder, finance, tech, and external partners
• Turn chaos into structure, then automate that structure

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• 2–3 years of experience in fintech operations (start-up experience strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience using AI in your work (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)
• Comfort with ambiguity—you've worked in entrepreneurial, chaotic settings and thrived
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly across disciplines (finance, tech, customer support)
• Hunger to learn, build, and own outcomes

Strong plus:

• Understanding or exposure to accounting/ financial reporting

• You don't wait for instructions—you find problems and solve them
• You see AI as a tool to multiply your impact, not a threat
• You're just as comfortable talking to a customer as you are reviewing a P&L or sketching a workflow diagram
• You can go from chaos to clarity quickly, and you document as you go
