- Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base.
Present and demonstrate products to customers in a persuasive manner.
Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Driving and Field Visits
Drive to customer locations, retail outlets, or distribution points as part of regular sales routes.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain route efficiency.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with road safety regulations.- Marketing and Promotion
Execute promotional campaigns and product activations in the field.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, posters).
Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback to the marketing team.- Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Cash and Payment Collection
Collect payments for goods delivered (cash, cheque, or digital).
Issue receipts and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
Deposit collected funds as per company policy and timelines.- Reporting and Documentation
Maintain daily records of sales, visits, and collections.
Submit regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.- Coordination and Teamwork
Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse team for timely dispatches.
Work closely with the finance team to reconcile payments and outstanding dues.
Assist in training or supervising junior sales staff or drivers, if applicable.
