You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Logistics Customer Service Officer !

Logistics Customer Service Officer
Location: Changi
Duration: Asap – Long Term

Salary: Up to $3,500/Mth

Job scope:

Maintain direct communication with customers while delivering friendly, reliable, and professional service
Provide customers with flight details within the stipulated timeline (within 1 hour) upon receiving booking confirmation
Ensure export documents comply with regulatory requirements when processing export work orders
Apply the correct export permits and complete all customs procedures in a timely manner
Answer all calls efficiently (within 3 rings)
Monitor shipment onboard status closely and promptly inform customers of any irregularities
Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams)
Stay informed on all policies and new government regulations
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and handling
Ensure all shipments are properly accounted for and arranged according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with Sales and other functional teams to coordinate special shipment arrangements

Requirements:

Singaporeans Only
Min Diploma holder
Min 5 years’ experience in same industry
