Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Temporary Executive Assistant to support the administrative and operational aspects of the Breast Screening Singapore Programme and MRI outsource back-end works. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating breast screening programme follow-ups
• Manage and organize patient records and data entry for the screening programme
• Liaise with healthcare providers and patients regarding MRI outsource services
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to both programmes
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, both internal and external
• Support the team with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
• Requirements:
• Qualification: Diploma
