Head of Sales - Regional - Logistic/Freight Forwarding - Choa Chu Kang

Job Description:

• Develop and lead sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and expand our market presence.
• Manage and coach the sales team to meet targets and build leadership skills.
• Work with Operations and Customer Service to ensure we meet customer needs.
• Oversee pricing, rate sheets, and vendor data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure clear processes (SOPs) are in place and followed, and monitor performance using KPIs.
• Follow company standards for health, safety, and quality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 7 years of sales management experience, ideally in logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments.
