Mechanical Technician (Construction)

Responsibilities:

Conduct new equipment pre delivery inspection and rectification- if required.
Perform outdoor servicing of equipment.
Troubleshooting rebuilt/overhaul skill for heavy equipment engine and hydraulic pump system. (E.g. Excavator, Silent Piler, Vibro Hammer, Auger Motor, Wheel loader, Articulated dump truck, Soil compactor, Motor grader, bulldozer, Skid steer, Backhoe loader).
Prepare/repair equipment for rental/sale.
Proper housekeeping and maintenance of workshop premises tools and equipment.
Provide a monthly maintenance checklist.
Perform any other ad hoc task when required.

Requirements:

O-Level, NITEC, ITE, Diploma engineering/ Mechanical related/ equivalent qualification.
Technical write up.
Possess skill to read and understand schematic diagram, repair/service manual to conduct troubleshoot/repair job independently.
Experience in a heavy equipment manufacturer/dealership service/repair department is preferable.
Prefer candidate to have mechanical and some electrical skill for heavy equipment.
Must be willing to work overtime, including after hours, weekends, or public holidays, with prior notice.
Salary from S$2,800 - $4,800 (Depending on experience & skills)
