Overview

Seeking a strategic finance leader to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and treasury functions. This role will also support broader business strategy and act as a key advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Provide strategic financial insights and risk assessments
Oversee treasury, banking, and funding matters
Collaborate on contracts, legal, and compliance issues
Support corporate governance and board reporting
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators
Drive cross-functional improvements and business growth initiatives

Requirements

Degree with recognized accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
Strong financial, tax, and regulatory knowledge
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Business acumen and ability to operate at a strategic level
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
