Job Details:

3 months contract (renewable based on work performance)
5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday
Working hours: 40 hours per week / night shift schedule
Fully working from home (In Singapore Only)
Salary $14/hr
Training Salary: $14/hr
Work From Home Allowance: $5/hr

Responsibilities:

Serve as an over-the-phone interpreter, facilitating communication between Mandarin and English speakers.
Handle calls covering a variety of topics, ranging from simple to complex, and addressing both technical and non-technical subjects across industries like healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement, and general business.
Deliver real-time language translation services during customer interactions.
Assist non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and resolving their queries or concerns.
