Public Relation Executive
Location: Jalan KayuWorking Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00p, Entitled to AWS + VB + Allowances
Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.
- Prepare and develop corporate materials, including reports, media monitoring, and social media analysis.
- Collaborate on media plans, create materials such as press releases, speeches, and videos, and pitch to media.
- Manage the publication process, from content creation to production, ensuring engaging and educational content.
- Plan and support on-site event activities, including execution and post-event follow-ups.
- Create and coordinate content for websites, newsletters, and publicity materials.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the PR/Comms team and ensure adherence by stakeholders.
- Provide photography, videography, and interview support to enhance branding and public image.
- Manage publicity materials and inventory, including promotional items and gifts.
- Handle administrative tasks like tracking tenders and contracts for the PR/Comms team.
- Skilled in tracking and organizing tenders and contracts.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
