Position : Business Development Manager (Electronics / Manufacturing)

• Location : North East – Tai Seng Drive
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, electronics, industrial, automation, and engineering sectors.
• Build and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Act as main point of contact for RFQs, enquiries, project discussions, and customer requirements.
• Work with engineering, quotation, procurement, and production teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and project scope to secure business.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical product sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of RFQ process, costing, and technical proposals.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
