Patient Care Assistant (Daycare) (ID: 700020)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in serving pre-packed medication and support client health monitoring and assessments.
• Aid in meal preparation and serving, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Plan and facilitate structured and interactive activities for clients.
• Assist with exercises and implement individual therapy programs.
• Provide escort duties and build strong rapport with clients and their family members.
• Participate in cleaning and disinfecting tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in and support centre events to enhance community engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Compassionate and patient approach to care, especially with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality care.
• Prior experience in a care setting is an advantage.
