Basic : UP TO $2800 (Depends on Experience) + $300 Allowance + AWS + VB

☑ Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm

☑ Working Location: CBD /Centre Area (Bugis / Raffles City / City Hall )

☑ Min 2 year of experience in Customer Service / Front Desk or Community Associate

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Act as the main point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at the front desk.
• Handle calls, emails, walk-ins, and tour bookings.
• Assist with member check-ins/outs and prepare welcome packs.
• Support daily office operations, pantry management, and coordinate with vendors and building teams.
• Manage mail and courier handling, access cards, and office supplies.
• Help organize and run community events, including setup and F&B.
• Respond to member requests and help resolve any issues.
• Assist in promoting the space, handling leads, and giving tours to potential clients.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management or a related field
• Strong command of English, with excellent communication skills
