- Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales process from quotation and order processing to delivery coordination and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and logistics) to ensure timely project execution and customer delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and support management in sales planning.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Candidate with study background in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.
- Candidate possess with class 3 driver license is a bonus.
