Warehouse Opportunities – Assistant & Admin

• Location: West / East Singapore
• Salary & Benefits:
• Warehouse Assistant: Basic up to $2,400
• Warehouse Admin: Basic up to $2,500
• AWS + Bonus

• Responsibilities

Warehouse Assistant:

• Pick, pack, and check goods accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse
• Perform inventory checks and stock taking
• Report any defects or discrepancies to supervisor
• Operate forklift for loading and unloading goods
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Warehouse Admin:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams regarding deliveries and stock
• Update and manage inventory databases and documentation
• Generate reports on stock levels, orders, and discrepancies
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Requirements
• No prior experience required — training will be provided
• Forklift certification/experience is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
