Jobs Responsibilities:
- Gather and document user stories, system requirements, and workflows
- Support project delivery by tracking progress, milestones, scope, and schedule
- Assist with requirements workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Handle BAU operations: production issues, service requests, and escalations
- Monitor vendor performance and recommend operational improvements
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field
- Any advanced or similar certification are an added advantage – PMP, CBAP
