Industrial Engineer/Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

Conduct time and method studies; validate UPH and maintain capacity database/models.
Perform capacity planning (mid/long-term), forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Prepare CAPEX justifications and support execution.
Plan and optimize layouts using AutoCAD; drive shop floor improvements.
Establish and update technical standards (UPH, utilization, MMR).
Lead efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.
Perform cost analysis and develop plant cost reduction methodologies.
Support cross-functional projects.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
≥2 years Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel (VBA), Microsoft Project; database skills a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
