Facilitate & coordinate with the Cluster Leadership Committee (CLC) to collectively own the Cluster roadmap, and deliver it through the business planning process
Implement, in synchronization with the CLC, all transversal initiatives linked to business growth
Ensure adequate resources in the country from the dimensions to achieve their goals and align with budget
Ensuring full alignment with the global and regional Corporate Services strategy & associated initiatives and actions. At the same time, ensuring support to other Segments strategy and associated initiatives and actions.
Ensure SG&A is at competitive levels
Identifying key trends in the markets, and being responsible for input to and implementation of new offerings and continually enhancing the distinctive elements of the client offer
Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients at the highest level, ensuring the alignment of our services to the needs and long-term strategies of clients in Malaysia and Singapore. Participating actively in presentations, meetings and negotiations with customers on accounts and situations with very high stakes
Coordinate and support M&A opportunities and processes, while assessing and divesting unattractive assets
Promote and implement synergies between OSS, BRS and PHS
Ensuring client acquisition, development and management and operating accounts in collaboration with Service Operations
