ACMV PROJECT ENGINEER (Fresh Graduates are Welcomed)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer in project planning and coordinates and oversees all work on the site.
- Study drawing, plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- Responsible for the submission of material samples and shop drawings.
- Monitoring the construction work progress, materials, plant, and equipment.
- Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
- Prepare progress claims to the main contractor on a monthly basis.
- Prepare payment certificate and verify sub-contractor work progress.
- Ensure quality standards and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
- Work closely with the project team and resolve all technical issues.
- Familiar with calculations with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load, and external static pressure calculation
- Maintain, manage, and document according to ISO Standards.
- Able to execute multiple tasks and projects
- Other related duties, as assigned

- Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and organise
- Willing to learn
- Training will be provided
Able to work 5.5 days per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Admiralty MRT Station
