Warehouse Specialist/ Warehouse Executive - 5 days #78162

• Position Title: Warehouse Specialist/ Warehouse Executive
• Working Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT: Ubi)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Mobile Allowance + VB + Medical & Dental Coverage
• Duration: Permanent

• Maintain full compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures
• Follow work orders and standard operating procedures accurately
• Prepare materials for pre-production and perform visual inspections during processing
• Identify quality issues and suggest process improvements
• Support inventory management, including stock takes and physical counts
• Ensure consistent quality control across all warehouse operations
• Coordinate daily tasks and guide warehouse staff in meeting operational goals
• Monitor training, ensure SOP compliance, and provide feedback to team members
• Track and report productivity and performance metrics
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle up to 23kg and perform regular bending, pulling, and lifting
• Experience with WMS or inventory systems is an advantage
