PRESCHOOL TEACHER

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young children. You will be responsible for implementing a structured curriculum, supporting children's development, and ensuring a fun and meaningful learning experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the school's curriculum.

Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

Foster children’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.

Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and behavior.

Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques.

Establish strong communication with parents through daily updates, parent-teacher conferences, and progress reports.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

Work closely with the teaching team and principal to support school events and programmes.

Requirements:

Minimum CPT, ACEY 1 & 2 and DPT in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent.

L1 & L2 certification from ECDA (if in Singapore).

Passionate about working with young children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work as a team player in a multicultural environment.

Preferred:

Experience in teaching preschool-aged children.

Familiarity with learning through play and inquiry-based methods.

Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid.
