Job Scope

Project Admin:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Maintain and organize project-related documents, contracts
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotations, delivery coordination, and invoice processing.
  • Track and manage project expenses against budgets.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, subcontractors, and external parties.

Sales Coordinator:

  • Address client inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues.
  • Handle sales orders and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and generate sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Job Requirement:

  • Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.
  • Candidate with sales coordiinator/ project management related experience will have added advantage.
