• Lead and implement environmental compliance policies and programs across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, and Thailand to ensure full regulatory adherence.
• Monitor and interpret regional environmental legislation, providing actionable insights and reports to maintain business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HQ, and government agencies on environmental risk management and compliance strategies.
• Oversee regional environmental projects, evaluating product law applicability in new markets and coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all imported and exported chemicals to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Develop and deliver environmental training programs to enhance awareness and regulatory readiness across the organization.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, licenses, and permits in alignment with environmental requirements and sustainability objectives.
• Drive sustainability and incident management initiatives, leading investigations, implementing corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing environmental and product compliance within an organization.
