Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager (Electrical – Commercial Projects) to join their team!

• Project Leadership — Take ownership of assigned commercial projects by planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of project execution to ensure seamless delivery from start to finish.
• Delivering Excellence — Drive projects to completion on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout every stage.
• Cross-functional Coordination — Collaborate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to review designs and develop and implement recovery plans swiftly and effectively.
• Contract Administration Support — Assist the Project Manager in managing contracts, handling claims disputes, variations, and final accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Team Development — Provide on-the-job guidance and mentorship to new project staff, monitoring their progress and supporting their growth throughout project execution.
• Progress Reporting — Prepare and submit regular management reports that track timelines and targets, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Safety Compliance — Champion a culture of safety on every project, ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with MOM Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) requirements.

• Educational Background — A Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline, provides a strong foundation for this role.
• Relevant Experience — A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the electrical or M&E services field, with solid working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Technical Knowledge — Familiarity with relevant codes of practice applicable to electrical and building services work is essential to performing effectively in this role.
• Quality & Safety Standards — Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards demonstrates a commitment to quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management.
• Safety Certification — Possession of a Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) certification reflects a proactive approach to maintaining safe work environments.
• Technical Proficiency — A strong command of technical scope within the electrical engineering domain is key to succeeding and adding value in this position

• Working Day: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:15pm
• Location: MBS Singapore
• Salary: $5000 - $7500 (Gross Included Allowance)
