About the Job

We are seeking a motivated Executive / Senior Executive to support the design, development, and implementation of digital and AI-enabled solutions within the Learning Services SPU. This role focuses on hands-on development, system integration, and working with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions for learning and assessment.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and maintain web-based and AI-enabled applications
Support full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud deployment)
Assist in implementing AI-driven learning and assessment solutions (e.g., GenAI, RAG)
Ensure basic cybersecurity practices, data governance, and system reliability
Work with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
Coordinate with vendors and support system integration and deployment
Document system architecture, workflows, and technical specifications

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
3-5 years of relevant experience in software development (full-stack preferred)
Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and basic AI/ML concepts
Experience with APIs, databases, and version control (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
