Get to Know the Role

This role requires maintaining proper documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and applying sound data judgment to monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and deliver accurate, timely reports that support overall productivity and manufacturing excellence.

• Operate machinery and equipment in compliance with SOPs, ensuring safe operations and consistent product quality
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and ensure accurate issues logging
• Perform day-to-day preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machines (1P, 2P, 3P, EP, & MRFs), including upgrades, modification and improvement work
• Perform daily machine parameters check, recording, and update trends accordingly
• Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data judgement and ensure accurate data reporting on time
• Maintain accurate records of all job duties and activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications:

• NITEC / Diploma in any Engineering field, fresh graduates may apply, OR
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, or prior experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or related roles, if preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Soft Skills:

• Able to work independently with initiative and strong accountability
• Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong attention to detail with knowledge of quality inspection procedures

• Willing to work in a 12-hour rotating day/night shift (4 working days / 3 rest days / 3 working days / 4 rest days).
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
